The property was fairly clean with very friendly and attentive staff. A nice size room where sink is outside was enjoyable. There were coffee & tea making facilities and a fridge upon arrival;)))

It was nicely decorated, great-sized and where sink is outside. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - a 10-15 minute walk from Marginal Way.

It had central location close to a live musical theatre. The restaurant was great for breakfast and for every budget.

Everything was amazing. The staff was wonderful, everything was clean and comfortable and everyone was so friendly!
The only complaint I could possibly have is that the gym, pools and other facilities were not open late even though we stayed on New Year's Eve. I would have liked to enjoy the outdoor hot tub a little later.

walkable spots near charming parks and landmarks
I loved how close this place is to Perkins Cove, less than a 15-minute walk, and the Ogunquit Memorial Library is just a short stroll away, making it so easy to soak in the beautiful scenery and local history while exploring the area.

Friendly and attentive staff. Overall cleanliness of accomodation. Facility offers a variety of ammenities and services to famillies and individuals. Good selection of dining possibilities in season but found this to be much more limited in the local area during off- season periods.
I would have liked to receive comperable or better rates on the telephone as I have now stayed here on numerous occasions.

The staff was very helpful (especially to people who have no sense of direction), and the room was comfortable and very clean.
The bathroom fan and light were on the same switch. We had to leave the light on in order to see at night but the fan was rather noisy. This, however, was a minor inconvenience.

Loved the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and the huge movie theater! A perfect spot for a girls' getaway.
Though the staff's welcome felt more like a robot greeting, and the pub served drinks only, not dinner. Who needs food anyway, right? Just kidding!

Breakfast was served in paper plates and cups. Coffee wasn't very good.
